creates a new way of communication :
the first mobile Movin’Blog |

the first location-based blog : Movin’Blog.
With this powerful communication tool,
the Mobile Internet users are now able
to take at any time a snapshot of their
life (pictures & texts), and post
it on a map. |

the tremendous success of blogs, Cityneo
designed Movin’blog, the first
location-based blog for mobile devices.
With this service, the mobile users
can share their lives with all the Movin’bloggers
of their city or their place and pinpoint
them on their real map !
It targets first teengagers, young urbans,
but not only because everybody can use
Movin’Blog for practical or fun
usage : local adds, stolen picture from
the streets, a fantastic concert, an
awful food experience, the discovery
of a new shop in town for fashion victims… |

For
the operators, Movin’blog is a must
have innovative location based service
and a complementary service to classical
blog. But it is also a simple and efficient
way to increase rapidly data traffic
! At any time, the Movin’blogger can
take a snapshot of his life with his
cameraphone (shoot a picture, write
a text) and send it by MMS to his own
Movin’blog email address. Sending a
MMS to Movin’Blog triggers the automatic
location of the user. Once the user
located, his text enriched with pictures
is immediately posted on a map available
through Wap, Java and Web interfaces.
The user location is provided by operators’
automatic location platform interfaced
with MMS hub. |

developed very light Java (J2ME) and
DoJa applications allowing a mobile
user to view a detailed map displaying
all the notes posted around him. The
user can select a note, read it and
eventually comment it. These functions
are also available through a wap or
Imode site. |

also designed and developed a turn key
Web site including a wide range of tools
: post, read and comment functions,
registration and posts management, animation
tools. |

To
be fully compliant with operators’
moderation guidelines, Cityneo developed
back office tools that enable texts
and pictures selection & moderation. |

is presented for the first time at 3GSM
Cannes Congress (Febuary 14th – 17th). |

Cityneo’s
website gathers location-based &
time-based information in more than
120 French cities! Shops, pharmacies
or tobacconists are displayed on the
map only when “open now”,
so the Internet user can access real
time nearby information.
