Paris, July 13, 04   CITYNEO continues its international development !   After France, Belgium, Italy and Spain, CITYNEO’s location-based mapping services are available now in the United-Kingdom with O2 and in Switzerland with Orange.   Starting July 2004, O2’s « Revolution » (UK), and Swiss Orange World users can access CITYNEO Maps service. Moreover, CITYNEO is confirming its partnership with Vodafone Live ! since its services are selected by Vodafone Spain (2nd Spanish operator).   Mobile users can obtain mapping information on their screen like « View a map » or « calculate my itinerary » with or without the operators’ automatic location platform. Cityneo’s innovation, « Step by Step » the schematic itinerary was specially created to guide pedestrians in an urban environment. At every crossing, « Step by Step » indicates which way to go with a symbolic arrow. Then by clicking on the “Next step” link, you will get the way till next crossroad, and so till you reach your destination. The site is accessible to all mobile users having a WAP or i_mode compatible device. In Switzerland, the service is available in 3 languages : French, German and Italian. Cityneo is today partner of 11 operators in 6 European countries (France, Belgium, Spain, U-K, Italy and Switzerland).
